There are four reflections that are said to turn the mind to the truth; to help us focus on what is most crucial in life.

As the summer holiday season winds down, this Waitangi Weekend retreat is an opportunity to set your sights on how to live meaningfully, purposefully and urgently through these four mind-turning reflections.

Meditation, Dharma talks, ritual, and an opportunity for some silent reflection in the wild beauty of Sudarshanaloka.

This retreat is suitable for those who are actively involved in our sangha, including those who may not yet have been on retreat with us, but have recently completed the 10 week intro course and / or subsequent Dharma courses.
