Our office hours are 9am - 12pm Monday to Friday. The office is closed from 12pm Wednesday 23 December 2024, re-opening on Monday 6 January 2025.

We are currently renovating our new centre at 45B Normanby Road, Mt Eden. During this time, classes are running at other locations. Make sure you check your event for the correct location. Our office is running online during renovations, which are scheduled for completion in July 2025.
See our events page for classes and times. If an event is advertised as running on a public holiday, it really is happening, so there's no need to email or call to check. And you don't need to book onto our intro classes - just show up for a prompt 7pm start.
