This drop in meditation session rotates between the mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana meditation. The individual sessions are around 40 minutes long. Please arrive a little early so we can begin on time and minimize disruption to others.
If you enjoy this session, we encourage beginners to consider attending an Introduction to meditation and Buddhism course or a weekend retreat to learn the basics of how to meditate and get helpful tips on meditation posture.
