Towards the end of his life, the Buddha simplified his communication of the path of Awakening down to three essential and complementary elements: ethics, meditation and wisdom.
This weekend is a rare opportunity to be brave and bring your questions, goals and challenges into the meditation room, and get some guidance to further your own practice.
You'll be guided by Guhyavajra, a practitioner of over 40 years, who is usually based at our retreat centre in the Coromandel.
He'll get the ball rolling by sharing some helpful information on common challenges that arise in meditation and how to identify and creatively move through them, as well as dhyanic blissful states that can emerge. But much of the programme will be a response to what's needed and helpful for those attending. Maybe you're interested in higher states of consciousness, but maybe you just want to figure out how to get a little more concentrated or how to find a more wholehearted way into the mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana that works for you.
$120 / $80
$15 for full-time students, or what you're able to give.
As always, if money is holding you back, please just get in touch. We'd rather have you there, than not!
Before attending, please read our current Covid Guidelines. This is part of how we practice together.
