Triratna's system of practice is based on a deep appreciation of the essentials of the Dharma life: integration, positive emotion, receptivity, spiritual death and spiritual rebirth. When understood deeply and practiced intensively they come together as a mandala of awakening.
On the retreat we'll explore these different aspects through talks, discussion, meditation and puja. We'll see what they mean in relation to meditation, friendship and life more broadly. All in the company of friends in the richness and beauty of the Sudarshanaloka bush.
$330 + any koha you can offer towards Jnanadhara's airfare from Ireland - every dollar helps!
