Taradhi, a trained teacher of various schools of Yoga, and an Auckland Buddhist Centre meditation leader, is an ideal person to lead a 75 minute mindful movement class. She is generously offering this as part of the building renovation fundraiser, though you can enjoy the class in the beautiful new practice space we now have (but have not quite paid for).
Taradhi teaches safe, functional and sustainable principles, along with mindfulness and breath awareness tools and techniques. She has a special interest in the practice of Yoga as a pathway to wholeness and healing.
Join Taradhi for a Sunday morning session of nourishing mindful movement and breath awareness. You don't need to know Triratna's meditation techniques to benefit from this event, but if you are a regular or aspiring meditator, you should find extra benefit in the mind / body / breath style of Taradhi's teaching.
This event is suitable for all ages and abilities, but let us know beforehand if you have any specific challenges.
Bring a yoga mat and comfortable blanket for relaxation at end.
$25 per person
Book and pay on-line, or turn up on the day (but check with the centre first to ensure the event is not booked out)
All proceeds go to the building renovation fund.
Before attending, please read our current Covid Guidelines. This is part of how we practice together.
