You're welcome whether you know nothing or have been meditating or practising for a while.
We'll continue to explore the life and teachings of the Buddha, the experiences that set him on the path to Enlightenment, and how all this is relevant to us today.
We'll meditate together and you'll be guided in one of our two foundational practices - either the metta bhavana (cultivation of loving-kindness) or the mindfulness of breathing.
And yes, we're continuing to meet weekly right through the holiday period.
