An evening for those aged under 30 to meet, learn the Buddha's teachings and practice meditation together.
You're welcome whether you know nothing or have been meditating or practising for a while.
For our first few nights together, we'll be looking at the life of the historical Buddha, and whether some of the experiences that set him on the path to Enlightenment are also relevant to us.
We'll meditate together and you'll be guided in one of our two foundational practices - either the metta bhavana (cultivation of loving-kindness) or the mindfulness of breathing.
By koha / donation.
Before attending, please read our current Covid Guidelines. This is part of how we practice together.
