While Auckland is in level 3 lockdown, this 40 minute guided meditation session will be held online.

To join, use this link at 9.30am -

The Thursday morning session rotates from week to week between two meditation practices: mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.

If you enjoy this session, we encourage beginners to consider attending one of our six week meditation courses or weekend retreats to learn the basics of how to meditate and get helpful tips on meditation posture.
