Karunajoti and Maitrikirti will guide us through a weekend of reflection and practice on the Five Remembrances - a traditional Buddhist teaching from the early Pali Canon. These five remembrances are wake up calls for each one of us, that help us recognise what is most important and help us not waste time.
We find these weekends are a great way for us to practice in a little more depth together and get to know each other better, while still allowing time for 'life admin'.
These non-residentials are best suited to regulars at the ABC who have already learned our foundation meditation practices - the mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana.
We come together Friday night, Saturday morning and Sunday morning. We ask participants to commit to all three sessions.
$85 / $130
Before attending, please read our current Covid Guidelines. This is part of how we practice together.
