Wednesday nights for under 35s at the ABC

At the moment, we've thrown these sessions open to regular attendees to provide content that inspires them or raises interesting questions. On this Wednesday, we'll be discussing a talk Laura has suggested entitled "Death and Desire" (don't be afraid!) given by an Order Member in the UK called Padmavajra. In it, he helps us face the big questions about life. Padmavajra's teaching is brilliantly clear and human. Have a listen before you come (although we will give a short summary at the beginning of the session for any newcomers), and come with your questions so we can talk through everything together and see where it leads us.

Wednesday nights are an opportunity for under 35s to meet and explore Buddhism together in a lively and interactive way. We focus on applying the Buddha's teachings to everyday life.

Open to anyone under 35 with an interest in Buddhism.

We'll also meditate together - no experience required.
