This popular drop-in session usually rotates from week to week between two meditation practices: mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana. The session is fully guided and suitable for newcomers to the centre.
We'll restart it once we're confident with the process of checking vaccine passports etc. We're a small group of volunteers, so bear with us while we get the hang of things.
