This is not a 'led meditation' and therefore more suitable for experienced meditators familiar with the Triratna meditation practices.
For each meditation we arrive in silence by 6.55pm and begin our sit at 7pm. We listen as one of us reads a poem that touches us and then we silently meditate for 40 minutes, allowing the poem to connect with our inner experience and spiritual practice. Finally we listen again to the poem and keep silence as we leave the shrine room.
We support each other in awakening to a deeper beauty by silently meditating on a poem that speaks to our hearts.
It’s a special way to deepen our practice and we’d love you to join us if you can.
