We suggest you create a ritual space or shrine for the occasion, and have offerings of candles, flowers or incense to hand!

With so many cities in New Zealand and Australia in lockdown, we're coming together collectively to celebrate the life, liberation and teachings of the greatly loving guru Padmasambhava (literally “Lotus Born”).

Padmasambhava is a spiritual force of great significance within the Triratna Buddhist Community and within Tibetan Buddhism. He will do anything to get us to wake up.

Perhaps he's at work with us right here and now, challenging us to wake up to the truth of impermanence and change in the midst of the uncertainty of Covid. If so, he brings with him magic, energy and great love.

Guhyasiddhi will lead this special puja from Auckland, supported by Padmasambhava practitioners from Australia and New Zealand contributing invocations, readings and their personal experiences of the guru.

Join us for this annual festival, an Oceania co-creation!
