Join us for this non-residential practice week to re-engage your practice for the year ahead. It will include a mix of in-person sessions at the centre and online sessions across the week, hopefully allowing a participation which complements your daily and working life.
There are four traditional Tibetan reflections which turn our minds towards the Dharma and personal practise: the preciousness and rarity of human life, the transitoriness of life and certainty of death, karma and the consequences of our actions, and the defects and dangers of conditioned existence.
Engaging with these reflections is a way to open our minds towards greater spiritual creativity, to clarify for ourselves what is personally meaningful, to better understand what we can and cannot change around us, and to embrace the beauty and preciousness of life.
