This Monday evening meditation is an opportunity to simply share an open sit in the shrine room with other practitioners at the start of the working week.
A small team of committed regulars is offering this session. There will be mindfulness bells at regular intervals, but no meditation guidance. A quiet space to practice as you need with others.
This is also a nice lead-in to our Dharma night session at 7pm Mondays, if you'd like to stay on.

Starts at 5.30pm. You are welcome to enter after that time - please just come in quietly. This session is not suitable for complete beginners.
