Meditation and Dharma Tuesday

Daytime meditation

Vajra

These mornings start with a 45 minute mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana meditation. We rotate between these two practices from week to week. Please arrive a little early so we can begin on time and minimize disruption to others.

The group meditation is usually followed by a Dharma (the teachings of the Buddha) discussion group at 10.30am. This group is open to newcomers dropping in but most of the people will be regular attendees.

Due to school holidays today there will be no Dharma discussion group.

Under current Level 2 guidelines we can fit up to 20 people in the shrine room and you are very welcome to bring your own blanket if you would prefer. Please be aware that if we reach our number limit we will need to turn people away. We appreciate your understanding at this time.
