A pre-Christmas drop-in class for newcomers who have been coming to our usual Monday night introductory series.
Come along if you want to keep up the momentum you've been building over the last few weeks.
It'll be like a surprise lolly bag - we'll definitely meditate together, but anything else could happen!

Please come five minutes early for a prompt start at 7pm.
