Going beyond your limitations

An eight week course suitable for beginners and those with some experience

‘Where there is a born, made, conditioned, there is an unborn, unmade,
unconditioned’.

During this 8 week course you will be introduced to the system of spiritual practice as taught within the Triratna Buddhist Community: Integration, Emotional Positivity, Spiritual Receptivity, Spiritual Death & Spiritual Rebirth.

There will be many opportunities to engage safely and collaboratively with other participants. The course will guide and encourage participants to go beyond their limitations through a series of exercises (such as the practice of story-telling, mantras, mudras, etc.) and meditations that will reveal the ‘deep story’ that has both served and limited you in this life.

When you are receptive to the limitless potential of the creative mind, flow and interconnectedness with all beings is possible.
