Friday puja: Well-wishing for India

Dinner, meditation & puja

Incense smoke forming the shape of a heart

This Friday night full moon puja (ritual) & practice evening will be dedicated to metta - goodwill and well-wishing - for India.

India is being hit particularly hard by Covid right now. Within our local and international Triratna community, many people are affected and we have friends and Order members who have died.

Akshobhini & Sujiva will host this evening of practice, including a short metta bhavana meditation and a puja (devotional ritual).

Shrine room activities start at 6.30pm. There will be a simple meal of dhal and rice available from 5.30pm in the reception room.

Please do come to this special and much-needed gathering. The power of metta is strong!
