A shared exploration of Valerie Mason-John and Dr Paramabandhu Groves' book "Eight Step Recovery"

Buddha

An 8 week programme of study, exploring the book "Eight Step Recovery: Using the Buddha's Teachings to Overcome Addiction" by Valeria Mason-John and Dr Paramabandhu Groves.

Open to everyone in the recovery network who is reading the book and is willing and prepared to share from their own experience. It would be great if you can attend all sessions, but this isn't mandatory.

The programme runs on Fridays from 1 - 2.30pm from 15 February - 5 April.

The Buddhist Recovery Network is an international network which supports the use of Buddhist teachings, traditions and practices to help people recover from the suffering caused by addictive behaviours. Open to people of all backgrounds, and respectful of all recovery paths, the organisation promotes mindfulness and meditation, and is grounded in Buddhist principles of non-harming, compassion and interdependence.
