Dharma night is suitable for those who are familiar with our meditation practices and would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for Sangha to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes you are still welcome to come and join in.
On this evening Maree Beverland will talk about how the Buddha instructs us to root out craving. But why would we want to transcend our temptations, with all their promise of pleasure and fulfilment? What illuminates our lives if not for our cravings and passions? And how do we walk the passionless path with joy?
