Dharma night is suitable for those who are familiar with our meditation practices and would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for Sangha to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes you are still welcome to come and join in.
To enter deeply into the process of spiritual transformation we need a solid foundation. We need a willingness to wake up and face ourselves, we need a capacity to open to a purpose beyond ourselves and we need a deeper understanding of the nature of the world we find ourselves in.
These three foundations form part of a traditional teaching known as the 'Three Principle Aspects of the Path' which Purna will explore as his 'Window into the Dharma'.
