Dharma Mondays

Come and join us on Monday nights for a Dharma talk followed by a meditation sit

Shakyamuni Buddha

Dharma night is suitable for those who are familiar with our meditation practices and would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for Sangha to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes you are still welcome to come and join in.

Windows into the Dharma: Personal Practice and Reflections from Order members

To enter deeply into the process of spiritual transformation we need a solid foundation. We need a willingness to wake up and face ourselves, we need a capacity to open to a purpose beyond ourselves and we need a deeper understanding of the nature of the world we find ourselves in.

These three foundations form part of a traditional teaching known as the 'Three Principle Aspects of the Path' which Purna will explore as his 'Window into the Dharma'.
