Purna

Purna was attracted to Buddhism at a young age and was ordained into the Triratna Order in 1975. His involvement in Buddhism and the movement has included periods of living abroad, mainly in Asia and the UK. He spent several years in India as an anagarika helping set-up the early Sangha there. He is currently part of the team responsible for the men's ordination training process in New Zealand and Australia, leads Dharma study days at the Centre and is New Zealand Men’s Order convener.
