Dharma Monday

Breath, heart, body: Meditating from the inside

Buddha Amitabha

Who said breathing was boring? Who said thinking was a problem?

Learn to sit with the mystery of the breath without losing your awareness and energy to repetitive thinking.

Start 2016 as you plan to continue – with a clear mind, a warm heart and a relaxed, energised body. Come along on three Monday nights in January and explore different ways to enliven your meditation practice. If you don’t meditate already, you’ll be taught three meditation practices that can transform your life.

Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.
