Dharma Monday

Improve your life: the creative mind outside meditation

buddha

This series of five evenings will be personal reflections on how to improve certain areas of our lives with practical insights from the Buddhist tradition. These might be practices, aphorisms, everyday mindfulness tips, or suggested ways to cultivate more positive emotional responses to situations and other people.

What is your working ground?
On this final evening of our current theme there will be a panel discussion where we will be fielding questions from the audience on what has arisen for you from our series on 'improving your life: the creative mind outside meditation'.

Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.

The usual program for these evenings is a talk on some aspect of Buddhism followed by a tea break and a group meditation to end the evening.
