Cushion making
Working bee to support women training for Ordination
We have volunteers who create the covers for the cushions and mats we sell at the Auckland Buddhist Centre. The funds raised from the sales of these items go into a special fund to financially assist women who have asked for Ordination attend 'Going for Refuge' retreats. We need more volunteers to help stuff the cushions so that we can start selling the next batch, to keep helping those women who need it.
Please join us on 11 June for 2 hours from 11am. It's a great way to make new friends in the Sangha and connect with those you may already know.
