Cultivating position emotion

Meeting life with an open heart

Join Ratnavyuha for this day retreat on cultivating positive emotion in the context of our overall system of practice at the centre.

Positive emotion doesn't mean putting on a smile, but rather the genuine cultivation of intentions of friendliness towards our experience and other people, a sense of gratitude for all we receive each day, greater equanimity and stability in the flux of life, and even faith in our own potential - that there is something beyond ourselves we can awaken to. In these ways we can learn to meet life with an open heart.

We'll provide a simple lunch. Please bring something to share for dessert.
