Growing the seed of happiness

Thailand elephants

A day for people in recovery from addictive behaviours to come together and practice at the centre.

Out theme will be 'Growing the seed of Happiness'.

Kindness is one of the most basic qualities we can possess and one of the most powerful. In Buddhism it is called metta, an opening of the heart, a seed waiting to be developed within all of us.

Come and experience for yourself!
