An Indian evening

Dance to Bollywood & swoon to Sufi poetry!

Bollywood

As a part of our arts evenings, we present an evening of Indian dance, music and poetry.

Join Sujiva & Meera for some fun-filled Bollywood dancing, followed by Indian snacks.

In the second half, Sujiva takes us on a journey of ecstatic Sufi music & poetry from the Indian subcontinent, made famous by the likes of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan.

'Sufi music tries to banish the hatred living within all human beings. It does not belong to any one culture, but to all of us....' Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan

Please join us for an opportunity to get to know others in the Sangha whilst appreciating and exploring the Arts. The first half of the evening will be suitable for families with children.
