Under 35s - The Wheel of Life

Sharing the Dharma together

Image of the traditional Wheel of Life

This week we'll continue looking at the symbolism of the Tibetan Wheel of Life, a powerful symbol for understanding the different mental states we inhabit, and how to find freedom.

Have a listen to this talk from Vajratara before coming along - we'll be discussing it together.

If you missed last week, you might also like to listen to this talk by Vadanya to catch up.

We'll meet at 3pm in the large garden of the women's community (you're welcome whatever your gender identification - it's just a quieter space than the centre garden). 994C New North Road, Mt Albert. Use the side gate to enter the garden.

This session is for people aged under 35 years and is an opportunity for younger people to come together and share and practice with their peers
