10.30 - 12.15 Meditation & Dharma discussion
Most weeks, we'll meditate from 10.30 to 11.15, then have a cup of tea and Dharma discussion. There will be occasional times when the order and structure of the 10.30 session changes, depending on what's needed.
This group is open to newcomers dropping in, but most of the people will be regular attendees.
