Buddhism discussion group (preceded by optional meditation)
A weekly discussion group that covers all things Buddhist, running from 10.30am to midday.
(Note, we also have a meditation session that precedes this class at 9.30am that you are welcome to join as well.)
Both groups are open to newcomers dropping in, but most of the people will be regular attendees.
