The Tibetan Lo Jong (‘Mind Training’) tradition provides practical advice, guidance and precepts to enable you to develop and deepen both the wisdom and compassion aspects of bodhicitta. During this retreat we shall study and put into practice the ‘Seven Point’ version of the Mind Training that stems from Atisha, drawing on both traditional and modern commentaries. Due to limited spaces Mitras will have first option of attending this retreat.
