By exploring each of the six realms from the psychological, social and cosmic perspectives we may come to understand how things work, who we are and what we need to do.
The wheel is held in the hands of a demon, impermanence, which keeps the whole thing moving, shifting and changing. This means we can change for the better and a more satisfying life is possible. But only if we embrace the fact of impermanence rather than struggling against it.
