The Central Teaching of the Buddha: a closer look at Conditionality

Easter weekend retreat: for Mitras and Order members

Dharmachakra Wheel: symbol of the Buddha's teachings

If you were to distill the Buddha's teachings down into a few words, what words would they be?

The Buddha himself expressed it in these words:

This being, that becomes.

From the arising of this, that arises.

This not being, that does not become.

From the ceasing of this, that ceases.

This long weekend starts on Thursday 2nd and ends after lunch on Monday 6th. One of those rare opportunities for three full days of retreat. What better topic than the Buddha's own words that sit at the heart of the Buddha's understanding and the practises he taught?

If you want, there might also be an opportunity to stay on a few days (from Monday) for personal reflection after the retreat ends. Please let us know if you are interested, and we will see what we can do.
