We will explore the practices and experiences of Tai Ji with Dharmamudra - a Triratna Order member and Tai Ji master. These workshops offer a great foundation practice for seated meditation, for being relaxed, connected, upright, balanced and centred. By minimising body movement the mind can settle - resulting in a natural sense of health and well-being.
