Symbol of Integration: meeting the Five Buddha Mandala

Dharma Monday

Dhyana buddhas

Prajnalila will be providing an introduction to the five Buddha mandala. On this first night of a six week theme, she will contextualise the mandala historically within the Buddhist tradition. Helping us to see how it can show us a path for change through the windows of our imagination and actions. By setting up a simple shrine with the five colours in the space of the talk, she will be creating a colour field that will be filled in more and more fully over the following weeks.

Dharma night is suitable for those who would like to learn more about Buddhism. It is also a popular night for regular friends to drop in and practice together. If you are a beginner but can't get to/or have just started one of our meditation classes, you are still welcome to come and join in.

The program for the evening is a talk on some aspect of Buddhism, tea break, then group meditation to end the evening.
