Have you ever explored the effects of dedicating more time to meditation? What happens when you do?
We'll meet on Friday night for some short 20 minute sessions of meditation, then again on Saturday and Sunday from 9am to 1pm. If you answer yes to any of the above questions, this event might be something you want to attend. All of our time will be spent practising, discussing, and learning new approaches to meditation ... but perhaps in new ways that you are not expecting. And hopefully in ways that will leave you with a new appreciation of what is possible within our meditation practice.
