Join Danica for an immersive Soma Soundscape experience that seamlessly blends the therapeutic power of sound and somatic work. This unique event is designed to guide you on a journey of deep relaxation, self-discovery, and healing. It will be held in the beautiful new acoustically designed shrineroom at the Auckland Buddhist Centre.
The session will begin with a somatic awareness exploration, helping you deepen your connection with your body and its sensations, fostering a greater sense of presence and self-awareness. Following this, you'll be enveloped in the soothing vibrations of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, which will harmonise with your body and mind, promoting inner peace and balance.
This soundscape experience is further enriched with trauma-informed guided meditation, drawing on the wisdom of Eastern traditions and the insights of Western science. This session offers a sanctuary for anyone seeking relaxation and inner harmony. Embrace the transformative power of sound and somatic awareness, and leave feeling rejuvenated and reconnected with yourself.
