For the month of June we're offering both an 'in person at the ABC' and an online option for our 10am Saturday morning sits.
For the online option please use this link

to join the session at 10am.
Suitable for both new comers and those with an established meditation practice
If you are attending this session and are unfamiliar with how to meditate, please let the person leading the meditation know so they can provide more guidance than usual.
These popular drop-in sessions usually rotate from week to week between two meditation practices: mindfulness of breathing and metta bhavana. The individual meditation sessions are about forty minutes long.
Under current Level 2 guidelines we can fit up to 20 people in the shrine room and you are very welcome to bring your own blanket if you would prefer. Please be aware that if we reach our number limit we will need to turn people away. We appreciate your understanding at this time.
We will review resuming our usual 9am sessions in July.
Before attending, please read our current Covid Guidelines. This is part of how we practice together.
