Our popular Saturday morning sessions are open to anyone familiar with our practices. Just drop in for a session of the mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana meditation. We rotate between these two practices. These sessions are about forty minutes long. We ask that you arrive promptly to begin on time as the doors may be locked during the meditation sits to minimize disruption to others.
There are two sessions - 9:00am and 10:00am and you are welcome to join us for one or both.
