Over the last four weeks, we have been looking at generosity, or 'dana', in it's various forms in a Buddhist context. Each of the talks can be heard here
At the end of each series we like to do a 'reflections' evening. We will be doing this in a slightly different format from normal this evening. After a re-cap on the various aspects of dana shared in the series, we will invite you to discuss in small groups how any topics or themes have affected you in particular, or any successes or challenges you have had in this area in general.
So join us tonight for community connection, and to listen, discuss, reflect and meditate on the practice of dana or generosity.
Wednesday nights are a place for people who have attended our foundation courses to come together and celebrate community, deepen their knowledge of Buddhism, and their understanding of how to practice it. They generally include a talk and discussion, a social cup of tea and meditation.
By donation (suggested $15). (Cash or EFTPOS)
Nothing to spare tonight? Come along anyway. You’re always welcome.
Before attending, please read our current Covid Guidelines. This is part of how we practice together.
