The Art of Reflection

Elements Reflections

Many people learn to meditate and stop there. It is possible to expand these practices as tools for seeing more deeply into the nature of experience and the stories we tell ourselves. On this weekend we will be practising reflection and learning how we might reflect more in our everyday lives.
