Music and Meditation Retreat

Celebrate Music whilst practicing Mindfulness

The weekend will be facilitated by Karen Hunter, who has taught guitar, voice and songwriting for over 25 years, and Akasadaka, who specializes in teaching mindfulness. The two disciplines will be woven together throughout the weekend to support the opening up and unlocking of imagination and creativity.
