Meditation & Dharma Tuesday

Daytime Meditation followed by Buddhism discussion group

Vajra

These mornings start with a forty minute mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana meditation. We rotate between these two practices from week to week. Please arrive a little early so we can begin on time and minimize disruption to others.

The group meditation is followed by a Dharma (the teachings of the Buddha) discussion group at 10.30am. This group is open to newcomers dropping in but most of the people will be regular attendees.

You are welcome to attend either or both of these events.
