Meditation & Dharma Tuesday

daytime meditation & Buddhism discussion group

Vajra

These mornings start with a forty minute mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana meditation. And we rotate between these two practices from week to week. Please arrive a little early so we can begin on time and to minimize disruption to others.

The group meditation is then followed by a Dharma (the teachings of the Buddha) discussion group at 10.30am. This group is open to newcomers dropping in, but most of the people will be regular attendees.

Our current discussion topic is Ethical Action in Buddhism and we are using the a book titled Not About Being Good by Subhadramati.
