Meditation and Dharma Tuesday is held at the centre every week. Each week starts with a 15 minute (optional) light body-work session at 9.30am, followed immediately by a 45 minute guided meditation at 9.45. Following that there is group Dharma discussion until midday.
This group is open to newcomers dropping in, but most of the people will be regular attendees. Some people come to the meditation only, and leave after that, and that is fine too.
