These mornings start with a 45 minute mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana meditation. We rotate between these two practices from week to week. Please arrive a little early so we can begin on time and minimize disruption to others.
The group meditation is usually followed by a Dharma (the teachings of the Buddha) discussion group at 10.30am. However, this week the Dharma discussion will not be happening. Instead, we will have a small memorial for one of our regular attendees, Richard Milne, who died over the weekend. This starts at 10.45am and will be attended by some close family members as well.
