Meditation and Dharma Tuesday

Daytime meditation

Vajra

An hour long mindfulness of breathing or metta bhavana meditation. We rotate between these two practices from week to week. Please arrive a little early so we can begin on time and minimize disruption to others.

The usual Dharma discussion that happens after meditation has finished for the year, and resumes in February. So there'll just be meditation this morning.
